Located on the bustling Xuân Thủy Street Yakiuo Ishikawa Saigon Thảo Điền branch is the latest project by the Sawadeesign team.
Inspired by Tsukiji Fish Market, the birthplace of the brand, the restaurant space is developed around the vibrant spirit of a traditional fish market, with water as the central design element. Layers of metal chain curtains are used to divide the space, evoking falling rain, the origin of pure water and life.
The ceiling features a bold glass installation, allowing diners to directly experience natural light and connect with the outdoor environment while enjoying their meal.
The façade reflects a gentle and restrained Japanese architectural spirit-understated yet distinctive enough to stand out along a lively and dynamic street.
