The Sagano Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama, Kyoto, Japan, has long been celebrated for its stunning beauty, drawing tens of millions of tourists each year. Inspired by this enchanting landscape, Sawadeesign has incorporated the essence of the signature bamboo path into the Sushi Tei Hai Phong project.
In Japanese culture, bamboo holds significant meaning. It symbolizes the power to repel evil spirits and bestow blessings upon people. In this project, we have utilized bamboo and rattan materials throughout the design, from the path and interior to the hanging light fixtures.
