Located on the 25th floor in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Sabi is one of Vietnam’s pioneering sky omakase concepts, where an intimate dining experience unfolds against a panoramic city skyline.
Inspired by Kuro-shari – rice seasoned with long-aged black vinegar and blended with binchotan charcoal, Sawadeesign shapes the space through deep charcoal tones, positioning the omakase counter as the focal point of the experience.
Textured wood surfaces recall the raw grain of charcoal, while fluid, organic curves define the layout. Layered landscapes, gravel floors shimmering under soft light, and a surrounding mirrored skin reflect the city beyond, creating a refined dialogue between cuisine, space, and view.
