Khói Eatery, located in the vibrant Quay Quarter precinct in Sydney’s CBD, is the latest project by Sawadeesign and also our first venture into the Australian market.
Operating under a Grab & Go concept focused on Vietnamese cuisine, the space stands out with a bold colour scheme and distinctive Vietnamese elements, including signature tiled finishes and louver-style window details integrated into the ceiling.
The ordering and pickup areas are seamlessly connected to the operational zone, optimising workflow and ensuring smooth circulation even during peak hours.
