Gam is the latest real-life project of the Sawadeesign team. This is a coffee shop renovation project from a previous old workspace.

Gam’s development orientation is based on the foundation of pure Arabica coffee beans.

This is also our main concern that we hope to exploit in choosing materials for the project.

The signature in the use of materials in this project is the contrast between roughness and perfection. We mainly used rough bricks, rammed earth wall panels and stainless steel.

Forming the space of the project had many difficulties, because we had to reuse the existing ceiling and ME system, however, the space was divided into layers and connected vertically by a large earth wall.
