The ocean has long been an interesting subject because of its vastness and mystery. With emotions from materials and space, Sawadeesign wants to give customers a unique experience, inspired by the bottom layer of the Ocean for Bemind Cafe project. This bottom is scientifically considered to be unexplored and mapped. Therefore, based on its ambiguity, we have imagined and recreated the bottom of the Ocean through materials with reflective and illusionary materials.
The space of the project is clearly defined in the floor plan through two layers: the surrounding and the core layer. The surrounding layer with neutral tones embraces the core layer with a warmer tone and the highlight is a sculpture made of illusion hologram material. The space is specifically divided through the border that is a layer of reflective blue glass pebbles, as if lifted to reveal the object in the ocean.
