Located within the shophouse area of The Galleria Residence, Him Cafe is the latest project by Sawadeesign, reflecting our bold creativity and uniqueness. Drawing inspiration from the highlands of Vietnam, we confidently proposed a design that contrasts entirely with the surrounding environment, blending the raw, rustic beauty with modern sophistication. The primary material used is yellow stone, skillfully crafted through various techniques such as carving, chiseling, and smoothing, depending on its intended use, creating a diverse and unique space. Notably, the use of reclaimed old ship wood serves as a strong highlight, evoking a sense of durability and timelessness. All of this is enveloped in a layer of earth-and-straw walls, a characteristic feature of highland homes. To enhance the overall impact, the space is connected by a towering rock wall that cuts through the atrium, linking the ground floor and mezzanine, creating a striking focal point. Him Cafe is not just a place to relax; it is an intriguing experience, where we daringly introduce an idea that contrasts yet harmonizes, leaving a distinct mark within the heart of the luxurious urban space.
