The building façade is developed from the flowing lines of rice fields, the very landscape where the rice used to make cốm originates. These gentle curves create a soft architectural language that evokes a close connection with nature.
Inside, the space is enveloped in the subtle green tone of cốm, thoughtfully expressed through design elements such as the curved glass balustrade, which introduces visual continuity and a sense of softness throughout the interior.
The coffee tables are inspired by traditional cốm packaging, featuring the signature green base accented with distinctive red stripes—evoking nostalgic memories while presenting a contemporary interpretation.
The main counter incorporates a pattern derived from bamboo trays, traditional tools used to sift and refine the green rice during its preparation process. This element serves as a symbolic focal point within the space.
Together, these elements harmoniously create a calm, refined environment rich in cultural references, all revolving around the central theme of Vong Village green rice.
